The Hearing Solution Group은 싱가폴에 본사를 두고 아시아 5 개 국가에 전략적으로 진출해 있는 청각전문기업 소매 체인기업입니다. 그룹사 총괄 대표는 오스트리아 분으로 Manfred Stoifl(맨프레드) 라는 분으로 싱가폴 기업이니, 싱가폴 사람이겠거니 하고 생각하시면 오산입니다. 그룹 대표 역시 포낙, 지멘스 등 아시아지역 청각 업계에서 경력이 아주 많으신 분입니다.



한국에서 히어링솔루션 그룹의 역량은 기존의 복음 보청기를 인수하여 2011년 1월부터 본격적으로 진출하였으며, 한국에는 손남기 대표님 (한국 지사장)이 총괄하고 있습니다. 오늘 손 지사장님으로부터 메일 한통을 받았습니다. 싱가폴 본사에서 인원이 필요하다는 내용인데, 아래 구인정보에 대한 공식적인 전문을 올리도록 하겠습니다. 

참고로, 제 블로그가 이제는 점차 글로벌 수준으로 격상되어 국내 뿐 아니라 외국에 계시는 한국분들(청각학 전공자 포함)도 자주 접속하시는 걸로 알고 있습니다. 지금 모집 하는 자리가 꼭 한국사람으로 제한 되어 있는 것은 아니지만, 손지사장님의 추천으로 채용되는 한국분이라면 아낌없는 지원을 해주실것 같습니다. 또한 아시아 최대 소매 체인 그룹이기에 한국사람이 들어가면 향후 아시아에서 한국인의 위상도 높아질 수 있습니다. 그래서 욕심이 나는 자리입니다. 지금 자리의 전임은 프랑스 사람이었습니다.

JOB : Audiologist (Training)


The Hearing Solution Group- Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Essentially the responsibilities include the following:

-      Develop training materials, executing training for local trainers as well as fitting staff

-      Support regional clinicians on Tinnitus and Cochlear Implant related issues

-      Manage the company's product portfolio for all countries

-      Present at local and international events, where called upon to do so

-      Where necessary, consult with clients on Audiological as well as Hearing Instrument related issues

Qualifications

We expect the following qualifications:

-      Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Audiology, and a Master's degree is preferred.

-      Retail sales experience would be preferred, with a focus on hearing aid sales and fittings

-      Good people skills and committed to customer service excellence

-      Sales oriented while offering highest level of patient care

-      Fluent in English

-      Responsible Team player

-      Knowledge of MS Office

-      Comprehensive training on relevant tinnitus treatments and cochlea implants will be provided.
